Job Description
Bullbit is currently hiring Community Moderators to help manage and grow its online crypto communities.
The team is looking for crypto-native individuals with strong communication skills and hands-on experience managing Discord and Telegram communities. This role offers competitive compensation, commission opportunities, and a clear growth path toward becoming a Team Lead.
Candidates with previous experience working with centralized exchanges (CEXs) will receive additional consideration.
β Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate Telegram and Discord communities
- Engage and support community members
- Maintain a healthy and active environment
- Assist with community growth and engagement
- Monitor discussions and handle community issues professionally
Requirements
- Crypto-native with 6β12 months experience
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong understanding of Discord and Telegram bots
- Active community management experience
- Previous work experience with CEXs is a major advantage
- Ability to work independently and consistently
